We are proud to announce that Oilstainlab, the visionary automotive design studio founded by twin brothers Nikita and Iliya Bridan, will call Oro Station home. Best known for their arresting Porsche-based creation, the Half11, Oilstainlab will be joining our growing community of builders, engineers, designers, and dreamers as a resident of our motorsport and innovation campus in Oro-Medonte, Ontario.
For those unfamiliar, Oilstainlab has earned a cult following for its singular blend of retro futurism and mechanical audacity. What began as a small design consultancy in Southern California has evolved into a full-fledged builder of limited-run, wildly imaginative performance cars. The Bridan brothers have carved out a reputation for creating not just machines—but myths. Their projects are not merely built; they are conjured, complete with fictional histories, period-correct liveries, and the patina of imagined past lives.
Their most celebrated creation to date is the Half11, a brutal, street-legal homage to Can-Am proportions and Porsche lineage. Born from a sawn-in-half Porsche 911 tub mounted atop a custom Scarbo Performance tube-frame chassis, the Half11 defies classification. It pairs hand-rolled aluminum bodywork—crafted without a single CAD file. The result is a featherweight, mid-engined monster capable of hitting 60 mph in under 2.5 seconds, while looking like it escaped from a dream garage circa 1971. The Half11 has turned heads at The Quail, Goodwood, and across the globe—not just for its performance, but for its bold reimagining of what a modern performance car could be.
Now, Oilstainlab turns its attention northward. As a resident of Oro Station, they’ll be situated at the intersection of craftsmanship and capability. With immediate access to our FIA-sanctioned circuit, R&D infrastructure, and community of like-minded innovators, the studio will be able refine their builds in real time. Beyond the practical advantages, their presence brings something more elusive—a spirit of creative rebellion that will infuse our campus with visual drama and narrative depth.
We look forward to sharing this journey with our members, partners, and the broader automotive community. Oro Station was created to support precisely this kind of bold, independent vision. With Oilstainlab, we don’t just welcome a new resident—we welcome a new mythology.
