Event Overview
Join us at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park's Grand Prix track! The CTMP GP circuit is a high-speed, flowing course that rewards smooth inputs and good vision technique. Lead Coach Jamie Ford will be supervising the day and helping drivers refine their skills.
This is not a competition or a race, but an opportunity to enjoy the feeling of opening up a car on a track in a safe manner. We will have rules in place for safe passing and marshals stationed at critical corners with warning flags to ensure everyone stays safe and can drive their cars home at the end of the day.

Costs
Driver Costs
Track day fees include track access, continental breakfast, lunch, and all-day beverages.
$700 + HST - Up to 7 days before event
$750 + HST - Within 7 days before event
$800 + HST - Day of the event
Catering is subject to availability if booking less than 7 days in advance of the track day
Drivers with less than 3 days of track experience or those who have not driven on the GP track will need to be signed off by a coach and approval from Lead Coach Jamie Ford before they can drive solo.
All novice drivers will attend a classroom session that will help acclimate to the GP circuit. If you are unsure of your qualifications, please contact Jamie Ford at jf@bexley.ca prior to registering.
Coaching
Coaching is available for $350 for the day. Contact Jamie Ford at jf@bexley.ca if you are hiring a coach as they need to be reserved prior to track day.
Spectator Costs
If you're curious about our private track day experience but aren't yet ready to get behind the wheel, get yourself a spectator ticket! You can ride right seat with some of our experienced track drivers in a variety of vehicles. If you'd rather watch from the sidelines, that's OK too!
All packages include continental breakfast, lunch, and all-day beverages (catering is subject to availability if booking less than 7 days in advance).
$100 + HST
Equipment
Helmets are mandatory for all drivers and ride-along passengers. Helmets need to be at least DOT approved, and preferably Snell approved (SA or M are both acceptable for track days). Open or closed face are both acceptable.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available until July 3rd at 5:00pm (14 days before event). Refunds will only be available if we can fill your spot from the waiting list. The same policy applies to any coaching sessions booked.
Coaches
Coaching must be arranged prior to registering for a track day. Drivers requiring a coach should contact Jamie Ford at jf@bexley.ca to confirm availability. Once a coach has been secured, the driver will be asked to complete payment at the registration link provided.
